Share Your Knowledge With Our Wellness Community

Wellness Readers Digest is a health and wellness publication dedicated to helping everyday people make smarter, evidence-based decisions about their bodies, minds, and lifestyles. Our readers are curious, motivated individuals who want practical, trustworthy information — not generic advice they've already seen a hundred times.

If you're a health professional, wellness writer, researcher, or passionate expert who has something genuinely useful to say, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

We accept guest contributions on the following topics:

  • Nutrition & Diet — healthy eating, food science, weight management, supplements
  • Fitness & Exercise — strength training, mobility, injury prevention, recovery
  • Skin & Hair Care — dermatology-backed skincare, scalp health, beauty science
  • Mental Health & Wellness — stress management, sleep, focus, emotional wellbeing
  • Chronic Conditions — managing diabetes, heart health, hormonal health, aging
  • Natural & Holistic Health — herbal remedies, ayurveda, alternative therapies with evidence

We do not accept content that promotes unproven medical claims, specific products for commercial gain, or content that duplicates what we've already published.

Guest Post Guidelines

Please review our requirements carefully before submitting:

  • Word count: 1,200–2,500 words
  • Originality: Content must be 100% original and not published elsewhere (including your own blog or Medium)
  • Tone: Conversational, evidence-based, and reader-friendly — explain things clearly without being condescending
  • Sources: Cite credible sources (peer-reviewed studies, recognized medical institutions, or qualified experts)
  • Formatting: Use clear headings (H2/H3), short paragraphs, and bullet points where appropriate
  • No promotional content: You may include one link to your own site in the author bio, but no promotional links within the article body
  • Images: If you include images, they must be royalty-free or your own. We reserve the right to use or replace images as needed

What You Get

  • A published byline with a short author bio and link back to your website or social profile
  • Exposure to our growing readership interested in health and wellness
  • A credible platform to share your expertise and build your authority

How to Submit

Send your pitch or completed draft to tpteam6@gmail.com with the subject line: Guest Post Submission – [Your Topic]

Please include:

  • Your proposed title and a brief 2–3 sentence summary of the article
  • A short bio (2–3 sentences) including your relevant credentials or background
  • Links to 2–3 writing samples (published work preferred)

We review all submissions and aim to respond within 7–10 business days. Due to the volume of pitches we receive, we can only respond to submissions that are a good fit.

Editorial Standards

We reserve the right to edit accepted submissions for clarity, length, SEO, and house style. We will not make substantive changes to your argument or findings without consulting you first. Once published, articles become the property of Wellness Readers Digest and may not be republished elsewhere without our written permission.

We look forward to reading your ideas. Thank you for helping us build a healthier, more informed community.
